Introductory Course
First year CIPA fellows are strongly encouraged to register for the introductory public administration course taught during fall semester by Robert Schwarting, a CRP Visiting Lecturer:This course prepares students to work within government departments and agencies, state and local authorities, private sector organizations focused on public interest, and non-profit public benefit corporations. While the emphasis is on local and mid-size organizations, some material will address international and domestic national level organizations.CRP 6010 Public Administration: Theory and Practice of Public Organizations and Leaders.
